About This Lesson
Page 1 is a list of vocabulary related to the Mongol Empire lifted from NYS Regents Exam questions, followed by sources that relate to the causes of Mongol expansion and the impacts they had on the world, including the Black Death (Bubonic Plague). There are two versions - a silver one (easier and fewer documents with clear areas for annotating inferences about causes and effects and the main idea of each document) and a gold version (more documents, more difficult documents, and without the scaffolds). But they can each be modified however you need.
