About This Lesson

This is the fifth lesson in an 8 part kindergarten geometry unit titled, "I Spy Shapes." In this lesson, students will be able to: 1.) Name shapes 2.) Illustrate/create shapes from different materials. 3.) Describe the shape that they made and explain why it is called " " shapes.**This unit contains worksheets and images that you can pick and choose which you would like to use. These can be found under the following titles: "I Spy unit Worksheets pt. 1," "I Spy unit Worksheets pt. 2" and "I Spy Shape Patterns." Aligned to CCSS: K.G.5
