About This Lesson
Watch computer scientist Beverly Thompson, Ph.D., who served as senior member of the technical staff at one of our country’s national laboratories. Our country’s National Laboratories conduct experiments and research to solve problems and create new technologies. This scientist was involved in researching and developing techniques to better sense and understand seismic data such as earthquakes and large explosions.
